Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online support portal with your order number and the serial number of your device to start the return process.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to quality issues.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
